Two of the three rooms has a double sofa bed, and the other, a single sofa bed – perfect for bigger little ones. How long should you stay in Richmond?

We love our corner of South West London, and we just know you will too.

We think a stay of two nights is pretty perfect. A little less? You’ll have a great time (we promise), but there’s just so much to see and do in Richmond that you’ll wish you had an extra night with us.

Staying for longer? We’ll give you all the hints and tips to make sure Richmond props the top of your getaway hitlist, time and time again.

What are the best things to do in Richmond?

There’s so much. Honestly, so much. There’s those fresh air must-do’s, like a leafy stroll through Richmond Park or a visit over to the ever-so-gorgeous Kew Gardens. And then there’s those not-to-miss lesser-known things like Marble Hill House (with over sixty acres of riverside parkland) or a day out to Petersham Nurseries.

And we love to share personal recommendations, too – so feel free to ask us when you’re here. We’re a friendly bunch.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3pm. If you arrive early and your room isn’t quite ready, there’s plenty of space in our lovely pub to relax, have a bite to eat or a little tipple.

Arriving early and want to head out? No problem, we’ll hold on to your bags until you’re back.

Check-out is by 11am.

What time is breakfast?

Brekkie is served from 7am on weekdays, and 8am on weekends (we all deserve a little lie-in)

If your room rate doesn’t include breakfast but you can’t quite resist, fear not, walk-ins are very welcome.

Do you have any family-friendly bedrooms?

All of our bedrooms are family-friendly bedrooms (except for the Comfy rooms). Our Boutique Twin, Bigger Boutique, and Feature Boutique rooms have space for cots for little ones and fold-out beds for bigger little ones.

Some of our Bigger Boutique rooms have a single or double sofa bed and one room can adjoin to make a super-spacious family rooms (you’ll need to add a request to your booking or give us a call).

Kids under 2 stay for free. 2-16 are £15 per night.

Can I bring my dog to stay?

Yes, we love to have your four legged-friends to stay. Both our Boutique Twin and Feature Boutique’s are dog-friendly. Just add your dog to your booking (up to two doggo’s can stay with you for £15 per night), and we’ll make sure they get a VIP welcome with a super-comfy doggy bed, blanket and tasty tail-wagging treats.

Getting Here

Do you have any parking?

With our central city location, we don’t have any on-site parking. The closest nearby car parks are NCP London Richmond (£24.95 for 24 hours) and Old Deer Park (£16.80 for 24 hours).

How do I get to you via public transport?

We’re a 1-minute walk from Richmond train station. You can reach us by train, tube (District Line), or overground.

Booking Bits

Can I cancel my booking?

We understand that plans sometimes change, so we try to make our booking policies super flexible. You can cancel or modify your booking up to 12pm the day before your arrival. If you cancel outside of this time or don’t show up, we’re sorry, but we’ll have to charge you for the first night of your stay. The only rate that’s not flexible is the Early Bird, this one’s non-refundable and non-amendable.

Can I make changes to my booking?

You can make changes to your booking up to 12pm the day before your arrival. This includes changes to your package, room and extras (as long as it’s available). The only rate that’s not flexible is the Early Bird, this one’s non-amendable.

Can I get a copy of my invoice?

Of course. When booking online, you have the option to send an invoice in step 2. Missed this step? Not to worry, just ask at Reception and the team will email you a copy. Checked out already? Pop us an email and we’ll send one right over.
